We will contact all previous employers within the specified screening period to confirm the following:

• Dates of employment.
• Position held.
• Assessment of job performance
• Standard of work (quality and quantity)
• Customer service.
• Relations with fellow employees.
• Views on honest & trustworthiness and reliability & conscientiousness.
• Any disciplinary action in the past or pending.
• Attendance.
• Day’s absent in the last 12 months.
• Reason for leaving.
• Was he or she been dismissed from your employ?
• Salary on leaving.
• Summary of nature of applicant’s duties.
• Attendance at an educational institute maybe included if it is to cover a period within the 5/10 years where there was no employment.
