Jefferson Hunt Limited joins International membership of NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) |

Jefferson Hunt Limited, the international pre-employment screening provider, have announced their membership of the Industry Association for the employment screening industry.
NAPBS was founded in 2003 in the US, to give the pre-employment screening industry the ability to effectively demonstrate its competence, reliability and willingness to adopt standards and promote best practises within the industry.
With mounting pressure on employers to ensure the correct employment decisions are made together with the complicated and ever evolving regulatory and legislative requirements there is an ever-increasing requirement for background screening across borders and continents.
We at Jefferson Hunt Limited welcome the opportunity to join NAPBS and contribute to upholding the standards of the association and shaping the way we as an industry respond to the vital requirement to screen your employee’s.

The Prime Minister and his deputy Nick Clegg unveiled their Coalition Agreement, “The Coalition: our programme for government”, on 20 May 2010. It expands the initial agreement reached in the Conservative/Liberal Democrat coalition negotiations on 11 May 2010. However, it lacks significant detail. The new Coalition Government states it will “review employment and workplace laws, for employers and employees, to ensure they maximise flexibility for both parties while protecting fairness and providing the competitive environment required for enterprise to thrive.” What this will mean in practice is currently unclear....
